Currently, we only ship to the United States. Shipping is FREE within the U.S.

How Long Will It Take for Me to Receive My Order?
Most orders are dispatched within 3-9 business days. Delivery time will vary based on your location, and most packages are delivered within 5-10 business days after dispatch. Please note that remote areas may experience longer shipping times.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the courier company and tracking number (AWB or Docket number). You can track your package directly on the courier's website.
Note: If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment via email.
Will There Be Delays Due to the Pandemic?
Please expect possible delays during the pandemic, as we are prioritizing the safety of our warehouse workers. Due to social distancing protocols, packages may take longer to process and ship. Some tracking information might be temporarily incomplete or updated multiple times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
What Should I Do If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please check the following before contacting us:
- Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure there are no errors in your delivery address.
- Check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package.
- Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you’re expecting a home delivery and won’t be home to receive it, consider using an address where you can accept the package!
