Refund policy
Return Validity
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return with a valid reason.
Joypur will refuse returns if the buyer simply does not like the product or makes mistakes regarding the size, color, or any other buyer-related issues.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, not filled with water, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the item does not meet these conditions, Joypur reserves the right to refuse a return and refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Important: If Joypur agrees to the return, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at service@joypur.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not return the item before contacting us, and do not send it to the primary address.
Make sure to provide the return tracking number once the item has been shipped back.
Joypur does not charge any return fees or handling fees during the return process. If you have any questions regarding returns, feel free to contact us at service@joypur.com.
Unhappy with Your Purchase
If the filters you received are not working properly, Joypur will send you a new set of filters as a replacement.
If you are still dissatisfied with your product and wish to return it or request a refund, please contact us at service@joypur.com to discuss further options.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (including customized items), please contact our customer care team at service@joypur.com for further instructions.
Note: Faulty items can be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time before the refund appears in your account.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@joypur.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on used water filters, products with damages, or packages that have been opened or used. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item you desire.
